Paul will start by getting to know you and your situation, exploring your training or mentoring needs and answering any questions you have. He will then draw up a draft training plan and share that with you, discussing any alterations you suggest. Once agreed, documentation will be sent including agreed costs and the duration and content of the service YWJ will provide. There will then be a final discussion to confirm all details before confirmation to proceed.
